Citizen in Kerala can use this grievance redressal system to directly bring their complaints to the attention of the Honourable Chief Minister. The system ensures prompt review and resolution of complaints. Every complaint received here is properly documented, and an acknowledgment receipt is issued. A network of over 10,000 officials across the state is in place to handle this system. To receive applications, the ‘Straight Forward Counter’ at the Secretariat has been functioning since 20 October 2016

How to Submit an Application:

- Those who wish to submit a new application should click on “New Application”.
- If you have partially filled an application earlier, click on “Complete Partially Submitted Application” to finish and submit it.
- To check the current status of your submitted application, click on “Check Complaint Status”.

It is mandatory to provide your name, email ID, and mobile number.
Supporting documents must be uploaded as a single digital file in PDF format, and the file size should not exceed 5 MB.
